Overview

As a Corporate Developer for a large IT service provider, I am currently dedicating most of my time to coordinating the introduction of Artificial Intelligence into our internal and service-oriented processes.

This is not just about technology; it’s about the industrialization of knowledge work. In the high-cost environment of the German service sector, AI represents a critical opportunity to remain competitive by radically improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Strategic Focus

My work is divided into two main innovation horizons:

1. The Current Horizon: Implementation & Adoption

We are currently focusing on the integration of established AI technologies to achieve immediate efficiency gains:

  • Generative AI Hub: Deploying ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot to the workforce with clear governance.
  • Workflow Automation: Building the first generation of AI agent systems using tools like n8n to automate complex, recurring service tasks.
  • Cost Management: Leveraging AI to lower cost structures, ensuring that our service-driven business models remain attractive in the German market.

2. The Future Horizon: Radical Process Rethinking

Looking ahead, we are exploring how service business models must change as agentic systems improve exponentially. This involves:

  • Transitioning from “AI-supported” to “AI-first” processes.
  • Designing radical new architectures for service delivery that were previously impossible due to high cognitive labor costs.

Insights & Writing

I regularly share my findings and strategic frameworks regarding this transformation in my blog posts. I believe that successfully navigating this shift is the key to strengthening Germany’s position as a leading business location in the age of AI.
